摘  要:富血小板血浆富含多种生长因子,目前国内外大量文献报道这些生长因子可显著促进骨缺损的修复,并在体外对骨髓基质干细胞的增殖与分化有明显的促进作用。然而也有一些学者认为在动物实验中,富血小板血浆无促进骨再生的作用,或在临床应用中富血小板血浆复合植骨材料修复骨缺损的效果不明显,其主要原因是各研究人员及临床工作者所使用的富血小板血浆其制备标准不一致。并且目前研究人员及临床工作者大都使用患者自体血液,这无疑会对患者的机体形成二次打击,且由于各患者存在个体差异,导致所制备的富血小板血浆质量不一致,从而影响研究结果与临床疗效。本文主要对富血小板血浆的成分、生物学特性、制备方法以及临床应用做一简要综述,这可以为后期同种异体富血小板血浆的标准化制备提供一些理论依据,使得制备方法统一、疗效确定的同种异体富血小板血浆制剂能像其他药品一样,被广泛应用于科研和临床,具有极为广阔的应用前景。A variety of growth factors were rich in the platelet-rich plasma.Currently,a large number of literature has reported that these growth factors could significantly promote the defect repair of bone and the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells in vitro.However,some scholars believed that the platelet-rich plasma could not promote bone regeneration in animal experiments,and the effect of platelet-rich plasma compositing bone graft materials to repair bone defects is unobvious in clinical applications.The main reason is that the standard of preparation platelet-rich plasma by the researchers and practitioners is inconsistent.In addition,the researchers and clinical doctors mostly use the patients' own blood nowadays,which would undoubtedly make secondary injury to patients.Due to the individual differences among patients,the quality of platelet-rich plasma prepared would be inconsistent,which would consequently affect the study results and clinical efficacy.This article is studied on the composition of the platelet-rich plasma,biological characteristics,preparation methods and clinical application.This would provide some reliable theoretical basis to the standardization of allogeneic platelet-rich plasma preparation in the future,which makes the allogeneic platelet-rich plasma prepared by the unified method very broad application prospects both in research and clinical field.
