摘  要:Graves病是一种常见器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,是甲状腺功能亢进症中最常见的原因。Graves眼病是Graves病的常见表现之一。Graves病的发病机制涉及遗传因素、环境因素及自身免疫因素三个方面,一般认为Graves病是以遗传易感因素为背景,在感染、精神等因素作用下,诱发体内的自身免疫功能紊乱,但是Graves病的确切发病机制及病理进展目前仍不清楚。有研究发现炎症反应和氧化应激产物在Graves病的发病及病理进展中起重要作用。氧化应激及炎症反应在Graves病及Graves眼病的发生发展中共同作用,互为因果。因此,抗氧化应激及抗炎症反应药物对治疗Graves病中有广泛的应用前景。Graves' disease is a common organ-specific autoimmune disease,the most common cause of hyperthyroidism.Graves 'ophthalmopathy is one of the common manifestations of Graves' disease.The pathogenesis of Graves 'disease related to three aspects including genetic factors,environmental factors and autoimmune factors.It is generally believed that Graves' disease is based on the background of genetic susceptibility and induced the body's autoimmune disorders by infections and mental factors,but the exact pathogenesis of Graves' disease and pathological progress is still unclear.The present study found that the product of the inflammatory response and oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Graves' disease and pathological progress.Oxidative stress and inflammatory responses act together in the development of Graves 'disease and Graves' ophthalmopathy and reinforce each other.Therefore,anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammatory drugs for the treatment of Graves' disease have a wide range of application prospects.
