摘　　要：文章归纳了国内外新生儿专科护士的发展现状。根据国内外新生儿专科护士的管理和教育经验,建议我国应着手建立一套规范统一的培训体系及管理体制,进一步加强新生儿专科护士的使用,从而更好地促进新生儿专科护士的全面发展。The artieal summarized the current development of neonatal specialized nurses at home and abroad. According to the current management and training of neonatal specialized nurses,it is recommended that China should establish a series of standardized and unified training and management systems, to en- hance the utilization of neonatal specialized nurses, so as to promote the better comprehensive development of neonatal specialized nurses in China.
