摘 要:目的了解我国南沙海域海面水细菌种类分布及对抗菌药物的敏感性情况,为该海区海水浸泡伤感染的防治提供科学依据。方法分别在离岸15、10、5、0 km 4个水域,各采20个点海水水样,计80份水样。对海水水样进行细菌培养、分离、细菌计数,应用Phoenix-100细菌分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果 80份标本分离出85株共21种细菌,4个水域海水菌量平均为(336.60±160.79)cfu/ml。离海岸线由近而远,溶藻弧菌检出率呈明显的上升,在80份水样中,溶藻弧菌检出率最高(41.25%);少动鞘氨醇单胞菌离海岸线由近而远检出率呈明显的下降,莫拉菌属、土生丛毛单胞菌主要在近海水域检出。16种抗生素对上述4种主要检出菌均有很高的敏感度,对常用的四环素、庆大霉素、氯霉素和阿米卡星等均无耐药菌株。结论我国南沙海域海水洁净度好,主要菌种为溶藻弧菌、少动鞘氨醇单胞菌、莫拉菌属和土生丛毛单胞菌等,它们对常用抗生素均有很高的敏感度。Objective To investigate the kinds, distribution, and antibiotic susceptibility of pathogenic bacteria in seawater in Nansha district, so as to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of trauma with seawater immersion. Methods Bacterial culture, isolation, and count of 80 seawater samples from 4 sea districts (15, 10,5,0 km away from the shore) were carried out. Then identification, and antibiotic susceptability test were done by Phoenix-100. Results Twenty-one kinds of bacteria from 85 strains were isolated. The average bacterial number was 336.60_+160.79 cfu/ml in 4 sea districts. The detection rate of Vibrio a|ginolyticus was the highest (41.25%). And from near to far distance to the coastlines, the detection rate of it presented an upward tendency whereas that of Sphingomonas paucimobilis presented a downward tendency. Moraxella species ,and Comamonas terrigena were mainly found in near sea districts. The above mentioned four kinds of bacteria were all highly susceptible to 16 kinds of an- tibiotics. And no resistant strains to Tetracycline, Gentanycin. Chloromyein, and Amikacin were found. Conclusions The quality of seawater in Nansha is good in so far as bacterial contamination is concerned. The main bacterial spe- cies including Vibrio alginolyticus, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Moraxella species, and Comamonas terrigena are highly sensitive to antibiotics.
