摘 要:目的考察壳聚糖(Chitosan)对天津段海河水的杀菌效果及其影响因素,为壳聚糖处理地表水的应用提供依据。方法采用壳聚糖对液体培养基中海河水试验来评价其杀菌效果,并分别观察酸溶剂、溶液pH值、壳聚糖浓度和分子量对壳聚糖杀菌效果的影响。结果吐温80-卵磷脂EPS溶液是理想的中和剂;乙酸是比较好的酸溶剂;溶液pH值越低杀菌率越高,然而实际应用中采用溶液pH=6;壳聚糖浓度为1.0 g/L时杀菌效果最好;分子量增至1700 kD(壳聚糖原始分子量)杀菌效果最强。壳聚糖处理后细菌生长数极少,平均杀菌率可达98%以上。结论壳聚糖在一定条件下对河水有较好的杀菌效果,但应用于处理河水浅表水的杀菌尚待进一步研究。Objective To study the antibacterial effect of chitosan on surface water of Haihe River in Tianjin section and its influencing factors, in order to provide the basis for application of chitosan to sterilizing wa- ter. Methods The total number of bacteria in liquid culture medium was adopted to observe the antibacterial effect of chitosan. The influences of acid solvent, pH value, concentration and molecular weight of chitosan were ana- lyzed. Results Tween 80-lecithin EPS solution was a good neutralizing agent; acetic acid was the better acid sol- vent; a lower pH value resulted in a better antibacterial effect, but pH 6 was the best value in practical applica- tion; the best chitosan concentration was 1.0 g/L; and when the molecular weight increased to 1700 kd (original moleecular weight of chitosan) ,it had the best antibacterial effect. The average sterilization rate was 〉98%. Con- clusion Chitosan has better antibacterial effect on the water under certain condition, but further study is necessary for practical application to sterilizing surface water of river.
