某海防团士官主观幸福感的影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解某海防团士官主观幸福感及影响因素,以指导部队心理服务工作。方法以250名某海防团士官为调查对象,采用《主观幸福感问卷》、《自尊量表》和《应对方式量表》进行问卷调查。结果 (1)影响主观幸福感的外部因素中,总体幸福感随军龄增加有增加的趋势;自评身体健康对总体主观幸福感(P<0.05)、生活满意度(P<0.05)、积极情感(P<0.01)和消极情感(P<0.05)均影响显著;完整家庭者在生活满意度、积极情感上得分显著高于离异家庭者(P<0.05);父母关系好者、个人收入高者在积极情感上得分显著高于父母关系差者、个人收入低者(P<0.05)。(2)影响主观幸福感的内部因素中,自尊高者在总体主观幸福感、生活满意度、积极情感和消极情感上的得分显著高于自尊低者(P<0.01);积极应对者在积极情感上得分高于消极应对者(P<0.05)。结论军龄、身体健康状况、家庭、父母关系、个人收入、自尊、应对方式对主观幸福感均有影响。Objective To explore the influencing factors related to subjective well-being（SWB） in noncommissioned officers,in order to guide psychological service for armymen.Methods The subjects were 250 noncommissioned officers from a coastal defense regiment.They were investigated by the Subjective Well-being Scale,Self-Esteem Scale（SES）,and Coping Style Scale.Results（1） In external factors,length of military service had positive effect on total SWB（P0.05）;physical health condition by self-evaluation had significant effect on total SWB（P0.05）,life satisfaction（P0.05）,positive affection（P0.01）,and negative affection（P0.05）;the score of life satisfaction,and positive affection in subjects from non-divorced family was higher than from divorced family（P0.05）;the score of positive affection in subjects with good parents relation was also higher than with poor relation（P0.05）;the score of positive affection in subjects who had more personal income was higher than those had less income（P0.05）.（2） In internal factors,the score of total SWB,life satisfaction,positive affection,and negative affection in subjects with higher self-esteem was higher than those with lower self-esteem（P0.01）;the score of positive affection in subjects with positive coping style was higher than those with negative coping style（P0.05）.Conclusions Length of service,health,harmonious family,parents relation,personal income,self-esteem,and coping style have significant effect on subjective well-being in the noncommissioned officers.
