摘  要:采用自制的DOPO接枝氢氧化镁(MH)复合型阻燃剂(D-MH)制备了无卤阻燃聚丙烯(PP)材料。采用微型量热(MCC)、极限氧指数(LOI)、热重分析(TGA)研究了D-MH与MH的协同作用及其对材料阻燃性能、热释放总量及速率、热降解历程的影响。结果表明,接枝率仅为3.6%的D-MH阻燃体系即可表现出显著的催化成炭作用,使树脂热降解速率大幅降低。D-MH阻燃PP材料的LOI可达31.8%,其最大热释放速率(PHRR)和总热释放速率(THR)分别为496 W/g和18.9 kJ/g,相比于相同添加量的未改性MH阻燃聚丙烯树脂下降了19 W/g和0.7 kJ/g,表现出阻燃协同效应;另外,D-MH的表面有机化也提高了其与树脂相容性,使阻燃PP材料力学性能有所改善,更具综合性能优势。The homemade magnesium hydroxide (MH) grafted with DOPO halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene (PP) materials. The micro-scale (MCC), limiting oxygen index (LOI) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) synergy of D-MH and MH and its influence in the flame retardant properties, the was adopted to prepare calorimeter measurement were used to study the total heat release amount rate and thermal degradation process of the material. The results showed that D-MH flame retardant system with the grafting of only 3.6% can exhibit a significant catalytic charring effect, so that the thermal degradation rate of the resin reduced greatly. The LOI of D-MH retardant PP material reached at 31.8%. In the same time, the peak heat release rate (PHRR) and total heat release (THR) dropped to 496 W/g and 18.9 kJ/g respectively, which decreased by 19 W/g and 0.9 kJ/g separately comparing to the unmodified MH flame-retardant PP system. Further, the organic D-MH also improved the compatibility with the resin and the mechanical properties of the material, which had a more comprehensive advantage.
