无卤膨胀阻燃聚乙烯的制备

摘　　要：使用自制磷氮系膨胀型阻燃剂(ANTI-10)与不同结构的聚乙烯制备了无卤膨胀阻燃聚乙烯。通过热失重、氧指数、垂直燃烧级数和扫面电镜对阻燃聚乙烯进行了表征。结果表明,该阻燃剂在不同结构的聚乙烯中均具有优异的阻燃性能;使用理论热分解曲线,就可以模拟阻燃改性材料的热分解行为;对于不同结构的聚乙烯材料,在添加了膨胀型阻燃剂后,其热分解过程不同。Intumescent flame retardant PE was prepared by home-made ANTI-IO. The flame retardant PE was characterized by means of thermogravimetry, LOI, vertical burning test, SEM and melt flow index （MFR）. The results showed that ANTI-10 had an excellent flame retardant properties in various kinds of PE. The theory TG curves could simulate the thermal decomposition behavior of the samples, different kinds of PE filled with ANTI-IO showed different thermal decomposition processes.
