摘　　要：采用部分析因设计研究工艺参数主效应和交互效应对制品质量的影响度,实验证明,工艺参数的交互作用影响显著,在此基础上,利用部分析因设计筛选得到的显著因子,并结合最小二乘估计,实现对工艺参数的优化。Fractional factorial design was carried process parameters for the influence degree of product to investigate the main effect and interaction effect of quality. The results showed the interaction among the process parameters was so significant that cannot be neglected, then based on the important factor screened by fractional factorial design the process parameters optimization were carried by least-square estimation.
