摘  要:使用双螺杆挤出机将聚酰胺6(PA6)基体和各向异性锶铁氧体(SrFeO)熔融混合并造粒,通过改变螺杆中混合元件的种类和数量研究了螺杆混合能力对塑料黏结磁体加工性能和使用性能的影响。由于SrFeO磁粉粒子间存在较强的相互作用,当螺杆混合能力较低时混合元件产生的剪切力不足破坏SrFeO粒子间的团聚作用,在PA6黏结SrFeO中仍存在磁粉粒子的团聚体,导致PA6/SrFeO熔体的黏度增高,力学性能和磁性能下降。提高螺杆的混合能力有利于磁粉粒子的分散从而降低熔体黏度并改善机械性能和磁性能。但螺杆混合能力提高会对磁粉的结构造成影响并明显提高混合时的能量消耗。In this paper polyamide 6 (PA6) and anisotropic strontium ferrite (SrFeO) was melting mixed by using a double screw extruder and then granulated. The effect of the mixing capacity of the screw on the processibility and properties of PBM were studied by changing the type and number of the mixing elements on the screws. Because the particle interaction of SrFeO was strong, when the mixing capacity of the screw was low, the shear force of the mixing elements was not high enough to destroy the agglomerates of SrFeO particles, and thus the agglomerate of SrFeO particles still existed in the PA6/SrFeO. The agglomerate increased the viscosity of the PA6/SrFeO melt and decreased the mechanicalal and magnetic properties of PA6 bonded SrFeO. When the mixing capacity of the screws was improved, the dispersion of the SrFeO in the PA6 matrix was improved, which decreased the viscosity of the melt and improved the mechanical and magnetic properties of PA6/SrFeO. But the improved mixing capacities also influenced the structure of the SrFeO powder and increased the mixing energy consumption.
