摘 要:为了改善填充和共混体系的混炼和分散效果,采用自行研制的多级圆锥式强剪切分散混炼器对环氧树脂(EP)/硅藻土体系进行共混试验,比较了机械混合和混炼器混合两种方式对体系的力学性能、分散性能和热性能的影响。研究表明,相比于机械混合,在混炼器作用下,共混体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度都有明显的提高;硅藻土在EP基体中的分散达到了一个比较理想的状态;玻璃化转变温度也有略小的升高。An intensive shear and disperse mixer with the shape of conical was developed to improve the effects of mixing and dispersing of EP/diatomite blends. Effects of EP/diatomite mixing ways of mechanical and kneader mixing on the disperse ability, mechanical behaviors and thermal performances were investigated. It was demonstrated that the tensile strength and impact strength of the blends increased obviously than those made by a mechanical blender. As expected, better dispersion of diatomite was observed in EP matrix when the mixer was used. At the same time, the mechanical blends had a higher glass transition temperature.
