摘  要:以硫酸铁和尿素为原料,采用水热法制备了铁基阻燃增效剂。以XRD和TG-DTG表征了产物的结晶结构和热分解行为,结合FTIR光谱分析,得出该产物为羟基氧化铁(FeOOH),化学组成为FeOOH.0.43H2O。将上述产物与IFR体系复配阻燃乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE),研究了羟基氧化铁的用量对材料阻燃性能的影响,并探讨了其阻燃增效机理。结果表明,少量FeOOH能提升IFR的阻燃效果,当FeOOH的添加量为1 phr时,阻燃增效效果明显,此时材料氧指数达29.1%,较未加时上升1.5个单位,UL94从无等级升至V-0级。Flame retardant synergistic agent was prepared by hydrothermal method using Fe 2 ( SO 4 ) 3 and CO ( NH 2 ) 2· By means of XRD, TG-DTA and FT-IR techniques, the obtained product was identified as FeOOH·0.43 H 20 of which crystal structure and thermal behavior were characterized by XRD and TG-DTG. The flame retardant polyolefin elastomer (POE) was prepared by using the above product and IFR. The effect of FeOOH content on flame retardant and the synergistic flame retardant mechanism was studied. The result showed that a few quantity of FeOOH can improve the flame retardance of POE/IFR composite remarkably, when the additive amount of FeOOH was 1 phr, the limiting oxygen index of composite was 29. 1% which increased by 1.5, the rating of UL-94 was improved from no level to V-0.
