摘　　要：近代广东洪门的组织性质,不仅仅取决于洪门成员现实的物质生活的需要,还与儒家文化有密切关系。广东官府及官员们对儒家民本思想的践踏,是影响近代广东洪门组织宗旨与组织行为的一个重要潜在因素。从组织规范来看,近代广东洪门的互助规定,则受到了儒家"仁爱"等思想的深刻影响;而从组织成分来看,部分士绅的加入,成为影响近代广东洪门的组织性质的一个内在因素。The nature of modern Guangdong Hongmen, depends not only on the material life of Hong- men members in reality, but also on its close relationship with the Confucian culture. The trampling to the Confucian thought from Guangdong authorities and officials is a potentially important factor which influences modern Guangdong Hongmen＇s organizational objectives and organizational behavior. From the organizational norms, mutual provision of modern Guangdong Hong is deeply influenced by the Confucian ＂ benevolence ＂ thought. From the composition of view, some gentry joining becomes an intrinsic factors influencing the organizational nature of modern Guangdong Hong.
