摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于晶闸管和IGCT的新型混合式直流限流断路器拓扑结构,详细分析了其故障快速分断过程和故障限流过程,最后在Matlab/Simulink中建立了系统仿真模型,对其工作过程进行了验证。A novel hybrid DC current limiting circuit breaker based on IGCT and thyristor is presented in this paper. After a detailed analysis of the fast interruption process and current limiting process for short circuit current, a system simulation model is achieved in Matlab/Simulink, by which the work principle of the new topology is verified.
