湖南省“3+5”城市群土地和谐利用评价研究

摘　　要：在全面构建和谐社会的新形势下,从土地入手,对湖南省"3+5"城市群进行土地和谐利用评价实证研究,从地地关系和谐方面、人人关系和谐方面以及人地关系和谐方面构建评价指标体系,采用极差标准化法对原始数据进行处理,运用IAHP方法确定权重,采用综合评价模型得出土地和谐利用评价总分值,并对8个城市进行排名。Under the new situation of building harmonious society,starting from land,empirical studies of land harmonious use evaluation of '3 + 5' urban agglomeration in Hunan Province was conducted.The evaluation index system was constructed from harmonious of land to land,people to people,people to land.The original data was processed by using standard deviation.The weight was determined by using IAHP,the total score of land harmonious use evaluation was obtained using comprehensive evaluation model,and 8 cities' ranking was carried out.
