摘　　要：作为我国人口最少民族之一,赫哲族有着丰富的非物质文化遗产资源,蕴藏着巨大的经济价值和文化价值。开发非物质文化旅游产品是目前非遗保护行之有效的途径,街津口赫哲族乡在这方面有着较成熟的开发实践。在开发过程中,需要以知识产权为支撑,否则会导致其文化遗产被自由获取,进而产生原住民社群与第三人利益分配失衡问题。将乡村旅游、知识产权与非遗保护三者有机结合,为民族地区经济增长以及非遗传承保护寻求一条新型发展道路。As a minority with one of the smallest population, Hezhe Minority is rich in intangible cultural heritages. These heritages can be protected by means of tourism activities such as tourism development in Jinjiekou Hezhe Minority Town. To avoid free use of cultural heritages and the uneven interest allocation, tourism development should be based on intellectual property. The combination of rural tourism, intellectual property and cultural heritages protection is a good way to promote economic growth and cultural heritages protection.
