关于扬州出口贸易结构优化的思考

摘　　要：基于现阶段扬州出口贸易的结构特征,针对扬州出口商品结构不合理、出口市场较为集中等问题,文章提出了要积极引导产业升级,优化出口商品结构的基本观点;同时强调要高度重视内资企业对外贸发展的巨大作用,改善出口贸易方式结构,实施出口市场多元化策略,完善外贸预警体系,做好出口风险管理,高度重视外贸出口的隐含碳问题,逐步调整,优化产业结构,强化政府的服务性质,完善行业协会的职能。Based on the present features of export trade structure in Yangzhou and in view of its unreasonable structure of exports and comparatively centralized export market, this paper presents the basic ideas of actively guiding the industrial upgrading and optimizing the export commodity structure. Meanwhile, it emphasizes the need to attach great importance to domestic enterprises for foreign trade development, improve the export trade mode structure, implement diversification strategy of export market, perfect the early warning system of foreign trade, enhance export risk management, pay attention to implicit carbon problem of foreign trade export, adjust and optimize industrial structure gradually, strengthen the government＇ s service and perfect the function of industry association.
