实验室饲养条件下小黄蝠幼仔的生长发育

摘　　要：在人工饲养条件下对小黄蝠(Scotophilus kuhlii)幼仔的生长发育特征和行为变化进行了观察,对其不同日龄幼仔的体重、体长、第Ⅲ掌骨长、前臂长、胫骨长、后足长和耳长进行了测量和记录,分别做了前臂长与体长、胫骨长、后足长、耳长和体重的线性回归方程.同时,对小黄蝠幼仔的头骨、牙齿的发育及其行为特征进行探讨.From May 2004 to May 2006, the postnatal growth and behavioral change of the Scotophilus kuhlii pups were examined in the laboratory. We measured their body mass, head and body length, forearm length, length of third digit metacarpal, tibia length, hindfoot length, and ear length termly, modeled for the morpholog-ical parameters with linear regression approach. Their development of skull and teeth, as well as the changes of behavior were studied also in the different growth periods.
