摘  要:根据全国各省(市、区)对灌溉水利用率的测算成果,总结分析了"十一五"期间全国区域灌溉水利用率的变化。结果表明,不同灌区灌溉水利用率的大小一般为纯井灌区>小型灌区>中型灌区>大型灌区。大、中型灌区灌溉水利用率总体较低,有较大的提升空间。全国纯井灌区平均灌溉水利用率较高,达到高效节水的目的,但尚有部分地区未重视。总体上,华北地区和东南地区大、中、小型灌区灌溉水利用率较高,华北地区和西北地区纯井灌区灌溉水利用率较高。According to the measured data of irrigation water use efficiency in different areas in China, the changes of irrigation water use efficiency were analyzed during the period of the "Eleventh Five-year Plan". The results indicated that the change of irrigation water use efficiency in different irrigation districts was that pure well irrigation district〉small-scale irrigation district〉medium-scale irrigation district〉largescale irrigation district. The irrigation water use efficiencies were relatively low and could be improved in more rooms in large and medium-scale irrigation districts while the irrigation water use efficiencies were higher and could save water efficiently with parts of China paying no attention to that in pure well irriga- tion district. On the whole, the irrigation water use efficiencies of lager-scale, medium-scale and small-scale irrigation districts were higher in North China and Southeast of China while the irrigation water use efficiencies of pure well irrigation district were higher in North China and Northwest of China.
