摘 要:测定蒸腾速率是研究植物耗水抗旱能力的重要手段,为了寻求简易廉价的方法,研制了一种基于灵敏湿度传感器与叶室法结合的测定蒸腾速率的简易装置(简称DMT-D动态测定仪)。通过线性拟合的方法确定了梨枣树蒸腾速率稳态时间为测定时间的第20s到80s。通过光合仪和快速称质量法与DMT-D动态测定仪测定梨枣树蒸腾测值进行相关性分析和回归分析,初步得到校正方程。通过DMT-D动态测定仪蒸腾速率校正值与光合仪和快速称质量法蒸腾测值对比,验证了校正方程的准确性和精确性。利用DMT-D动态测定仪测定蒸腾速率有一定的可行性。Measurement of transpiration rate is an important method of studying water consumption and drought-resistant ability of plant. To find a simple and inexpensive method, a simple device (DMT-D dynamic measuring device) was developed, which could be used to measure plant transpiration rate based on sensitive humidity sensor with a leaf chamber. The transient steady-state of pear-jujube appeared from 20 s to 80 s of measuring time by linear fitted method. From correlation and regression between transpiration rate by portable photosynthesis system and by quick-weighing method, the correction equations were obtained. The accuracy and precision of the correction equations were verified according to quick-weighing method and portable photosynthesis system. Measuring transpiration rate of plant by DMT-D was workable.
