摘 要:目的观察高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)与尿蛋白的临床关系,并探讨红景天对HAPC导致蛋白尿的作用与机制。方法对50例HAPC患者进行尿蛋白等检测,并对HAPC伴蛋白尿患者给予红景天3个月,并在治疗前后检测尿蛋白、血色素及红细胞压积。结果 HAPC患者蛋白尿的发生率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),红景天治疗3个月后患者血红蛋白(Hb)、蛋白尿明显好转(P<0.05)。结论 HAPC可导致肾脏损伤引起蛋白尿,红景天可有效改善HAPC患者蛋白尿,其机制可能与改善患者血粘稠度有关。Objective To explore the clinic relations between High altitude polycythemia (HAPC) and proteinuria, and investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Rhodiola for proteinuria. Methods 50 patients with HAPC were randomly selected to examine proteinuria, and the patients who were HAPC with proteinuria were gave the treatment of Rhodiola for three months. Results The incidence of proteinuria of HAPC patients was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0. 05). After the treatment of Rhodiola for 3 months, the hemoglobin(Hb) and proteinuria of these patients were obviously improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion HAPC can lead to kidney damage and proteinuria, while Rhodiola can effectivelyimprove the Hb and proteinuria for HAPC patients.
