尿LH半定量试纸在自然周期微刺激方案IVF中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨尿促黄体生成激素(LH)半定量试纸在指导受孕、准确预测排卵方面的作用。方法采用尿LH半定量试纸观察尿LH值在排卵前后的不同变化,恰当选择排卵最佳时机指导受孕或者确定HCG注射日。结果观察200个排卵周期,其中60个自然排卵周期,50个IVF自然周期,90个IVF微刺激周期。显示尿LH半定量检测试纸结合阴道B超,可为不孕夫妇指导受孕,提高妊娠率。结论应用尿LH半定量试纸结合阴道B超对监测卵泡生长和预测排卵是简便易行、准确的方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of the semi-quantitative LH urine test paper in prediction of ovulation time and guidance for sexual strip. Methods To observe the urine LH results before and after ovulation by semiquantitative LH urine test, then guide the optimal time for sexual strip or HCG trigger. Results Monitoring ovulation by LH urine test paper and transvaginal ultrasonography, including 60 natural IVF cycles, 90 mini-stimulation IVF, can improve the pregnant rate. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with LH urine test paper is a convenient and reliable method to monitor the growth of ovarian follicle and predict the ovulation.
