摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预在公交司机心理素质训练中的应用价值。方法采用SCL-90、SDS、SAS对工作一年以上的公交司机137人进行心理测试,并随机分为实验组69人,对照组68人。两组在年龄、文化、性别、工作年限上无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组69人根据心理测试结果分别参与定期心理知识讲座、团体心理释压、个别心理咨询等心理干预;3个月后两组重测SCL-90、SDS、SAS,并进行同期比较分析。结果心理干预后实验组和对照组同期心理测验结果在SCL-90总分及筛选阳性率、SDS与SAS评分上有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论公交司机总体心理压力较大,部分个体需接受个别心理咨询,定期心理知识讲座、团体心理释压、种心理干预方式有机结合能有效改善公交司机不健康心理状态,提高其整体心理素质,降低潜在的事故隐患,保证交通安全。Objective To study the application of psychological intervention in the bus driver＇s psychological quality training research. Methods Using SCL-90, SDS and SAS 137 bus drivers of working for more than one year psychologi- cal tests, and were randomly assigned to an experimental group of 69, 68 people in the control group, and two groups of age, culture, gender, no significant difference in working life （P;0.05） ,Experimental group of 69 according to psychological test result are involved in regular psychological knowledge lectures, group to release pressure, individual psychological counselling and other psychosoeial interventions;March back SCL-90 but to do two sets, SDS, SAS, and comparing analysis. Results Psychological intervention the experimental group and the control group over the score in psychometric results in SCL-90 and on the positive rate of filtered, SDS and SAS scoring a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bus drivers ＂ overall psychological pressure, some individuals required to undergo psychological counseling, regular psychological knowledge lectures, group to release pressure, psychological counselling and other psychosocial interventions organic combination of individual can effectively improve bus driver unhealthy psychological States, improve their overall psychological quality, reduce the potential for accidents, ensure the traffic safety.
