摘 要:目的探讨感觉统合训练联合运动训练对中枢协调障碍患儿智能发育的影响。方法将86例中枢协调障碍患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组患儿给予感觉统合训练,而观察组患儿在感觉统合训练基础上结合运动训练,治疗6个月,分别于治疗前和治疗后对患儿进行自编问卷调查和Gesell量表测试,比较对照组和观察组患儿智能发育改善情况。结果治疗前,对照组和观察组患儿Gesell测试评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗6个月后,对照组和观察组患儿Gesell测试评分均高于治疗前相应各组,且观察组患儿Gesell测试评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率(90.70%)亦明显高于对照组(72.09%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论感觉统合训练联合运动训练能够改善中枢协调障碍患儿的智能发育,提高治疗的临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of sensory integration training combined with exercise training on central coordination obstacles to the intellectual development of children. Methods From December 2009 to December 2011 in our hospital, 86 cases of central coordination disorders in children as the research object, the random number table, this study enrolled patients were divided into control group and observation group and control group gave children sensory integration training, while the observation group were combined with exercise training in sensory integration training on the basis of 6 months of treatment, respectively, before and after treatment in children with self questionnaire and the Gesell scale test to compare the control group and observation group in children with intellectual development to improve the situation. Results Before treatment, children with the control group and observation group Gesell test score differences were not statistically significant (P〉0. 05); and 6 months of treatment, the Gesell test score of the control group and observation group children were higher than pre-treatment of the corresponding group, and observe the Gesell test scores of the group of children was significantly higher (P〈0. 05), and 6 months of treatment, the treatment of children with the observation group total efficiency (90. 70 %) was significantly higher in children (72.09 %), the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with exercise training can improve central coordination disorders in children intellectual development and improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment worthy of further promotion.
