摘　　要：高校兼职组织员队伍是高校党务工作不可或缺的力量,目前高校兼职组织员管理的现状,也使加强和完善兼职组织员队伍管理显得尤为必要。高校学生党建工作中兼职组织员队伍的管理可以从选拔、培训、考核、经费等四个环节入手,充分发挥兼职组织员在加强基层党组织建设、强化学生党员管理教育和做好发展学生党员工作中的作用。Abstract： Part-time organization staff team is indispensable to college party affairs. Considering the present condition of part-time organization staff management in colleges and universities, it is essential to strengthen and improve its management. It is possible to start with selection, training, assessment and funds to bring into the full play of part- time organization staff in strengthening the construction of grass-roots party organization, improving the management and education of student party members and making the development of student party members work better.
