异丙酚复合地佐辛用于尿道肉阜切除术的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：评价异丙酚复合地佐辛用于尿道肉阜手术麻醉的效果、安全性及舒适度。方法：选择拟在麻醉下行尿道肉阜手术的患者84例，ASAI～Ⅱ级。据患者选择分为局麻组（A组）42例和异丙酚复合0．1mg/kg地佐辛组（B组）42例。记录两组手术时间、发生呼吸抑制的例数、血流动力学变化、麻醉效果及患者舒适度。结果：与A组比较，B组手术时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），麻醉满意度及舒适度明显增高。结论：异丙酚复合地佐辛用于尿道肉阜手术麻醉效果确切，手术时间缩短，患者舒适度高，值得临床推广使用。Objective; To investigate the feasibility and safety of dezocine and propofol anesthesia for urethral caruncle surgery. Method： 84 cases undergoing urethral caruncle surgery were divided into two groups： regional anesthesia group （ group A, n=42 ）, propofol combined with 0.1 mg/kg dezocine group （ group B, n=42 ） . The operating time, number of respiratory depression occurs, hemodynamic indexes, anesthesia effect and patient comfort were recorded. Result： The operation time in group B was shorter than that in group A.The satisfaction rate on anesthesia effect and comfort in group B were higher than those in group A （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Propofol compound dezocine has a satisfactory effect for anesthesia in urethral caruncle surgery with shorten operation time and great comfort, which is worth being spread.
