摘　　要：文章系统介绍了1100m2蒸发器中循环弯管制作中主要工艺措施,包括净尺寸下料、打磨气割坡口、采用正确的焊接规范,去应力退火等,有效解决了焊接接头质量问题,保证了循环弯管的产品质量。The system introduced 1100m^2 evaporator loop elbow making process measures taken, including; materials, net size sanding flame cutting groove, using the correct welding specifications, stress relief annealing, in order to effectively solve the weldingthe joint quality problems, ensure product quality circular bend.
