摘　　要：学风是一所高校的生命线,是巨大的精神力量和育人资源。优良的学风是提高人才培养质量的重要保证,也是衡量高校核心竞争力的具体体现。独立学院作为高等教育办学体制改革的新生事物,其发展彰显出了蓬勃的生机,但在学风建设方面也滋生出了一些亟待解决的问题,有必要对其学风现状进行全面梳理,找出其症结之所在,并结合自身实际拟订针对性的整改措施,才能实现独立学院健康、稳定、可持续地发展。The style of study is the lifeline of a university,is the great spiritual power and the moral education resources.The fine style of study is an important guarantee for improving the quality of personnel training,but also embodies the measure of the core competitiveness of colleges.Independent colleges as a new thing of school-running system reform of higher education,its development reflects the vigorous vitality,but in the construction of style of study has also created some problems to be solved,it is necessary to sort out its comprehensive study the status quo,to find the crux of the problem,combined with their own actual formulate specific measures for rectification,in order to realize the Independent College of health,stability,sustainable development.
