硫酸镁对静脉注射罗库溴铵引起缩肢反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究小剂量硫酸镁预注对静注罗库溴铵引起缩肢反应的影响。方法 90例ASAI-II行全身麻醉择期手术患者,随机分为3组,即0.9%生理盐水2mL(A组,n=30),2%利多卡因2mL(B组,n=30),25%硫酸镁2mL(C组,n=30)。于罗库溴铵静脉注射前30s预注,在罗库溴铵注射期间观察患者缩肢反应情况,用4分法评估注药反应。结果 A、B和C组注射罗库溴铵的缩肢反应的发生率分别为90%、40%和47%。B、C组患者缩肢反应的发生率与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C组之间缩肢反应的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量硫酸镁预处理可预防静脉注射罗库溴铵引起的缩肢反应。Objective To study the effect of injection of small dose of magnesium sulfate on injection of rocuronium induced shrinkage limb reaction.Methods 90 cases of ASA I-II patients undergoing selective operation with general anesthesia, were randomLy divided into three groups： saline 0.9% 2 mL （group A,n=30）,2 mL of 2% lidocaine （group B,n=30）,25% 2 mL of magnesium sulfate （ group C,n=30 ）.In rocuronium bromide intravenous injection of 30 seconds before the priming,observed in patients with reduced limb reaction during rocuronium injection,infusion reaction evaluation with 4 points method.Results A, B and C group injection of rocuronium shrinkage limb reaction rates were 90%, 40% and 47%. Comparison of prevalence of shrinkage limb reaction of B, patients in the C group and A group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Between B,C group of limb reaction rate were not significantly different between the.Conclusion A small dose of magnesium sulfate pretreatment can prevent caused by intravenous injection of rocuronium shrinkage limb reaction.
