摘  要:建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)同步检测水环境中9种磺胺类抗生素残留的分析方法.选用Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱,研究不同pH值、洗脱溶剂、洗脱体积对萃取效果的影响;乙腈和0.1%(体积分数)甲酸水溶液作为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方法,检测波长268nm.结果表明,9种磺胺类抗生素的仪器检出限为64.9~300μg/L,仪器的稳定性和准确度均较好,在纯水、自来水、污水及污水处理厂出水中磺胺类抗生素的回收率分别为13.6%~93.7%,22.4%~87.4%,未检出~60.1%和未检出~63.9%,除磺胺脒外,回收率基本都大于50%.An analytical method to simultaneously determinate nine kinds of sulfonamide residues in water environment by SPE-HPLC was established. We selected the Oasis HLB solid phase extraction col- umn to research the effects of different pH values,elution solvents,and elution volume on extraction abili- ties. The mobile phase was composed of acetronitrile and 0. 1% formic acid (gradient elution) with a detec- tion wavelength of 268 nm. The results indicated that the instrument detection limit of nine kinds of sulfon- amides from 64.9 to 300μg/L,which revealed the stability and accuracy of the instrument. The recoveries of sulfonamides from pure water,tap water,sewage and sewage effluents were 13.6 %-93.7 %,22.4 %- 87.4 % ,n. d. -60.1 % and n. d. -63.9 % (n. d. =not detected) respectively. All the recoveries were grea- ter than 50% except sulphaguanidine.
