摘  要:采用单凝聚法制备白藜芦醇微囊,以包封率、收率、载药量为考察指标,采用正交实验,对制备过程中的明胶质量分数、pH值、搅拌温度、材药质量比等因素进行了考察,得到最佳制备工艺.利用数码显微镜和红外光谱法对微囊形态进行了观察和验证,对其体外释放度进行了研究.最佳工艺条件:明胶质量分数4%,pH3.9,搅拌温度60℃,材药质量比4∶1.在最佳工艺条件下,白藜芦醇微囊的包封率、收率、载药量分别为96.80%,49.24%,19.36%,且外观圆整,粒径分布均匀,缓释效果较好.The resveratrol microcapsules were prepared with gelatin as capsule material by single-coac- ervation. The influences of the concentration of gelatin, pH, stirring temperature, the rate of material and drug on the entrapment efficiency, recovery and drug loading, were discussed through orthogonal tests to get the optimum process. The morphology of resveratrol microcapsules was scanned and verified by digital microscope and infrared spectroscopy. The in vitro release was studied. At the optimum conditions (the concentration of gelatin 4 %, pH 3.9, stirring temperature 60 ℃, the rate of material and drug 4 : 1), the results showed that the entrapment efficiency, recovery and drug loading were 96. 80 %, 49. 24 % and 19.36%,respectively. The resveratrol microcapsules had smooth appearance, uniform distribution of parti- cle size and great slow-release effect.
