现代核心力量训练与传统核心力量训练的实验对比研究——以武术套路项目为例  被引量:15

摘  要:运用文献资料、专家访谈、实验和数理统计等方法,对28名武术套路运动员进行了2种力量训练的实验研究.结果显示:实验后实验组和对照组分别在伸肌、屈肌峰矩和伸肌、屈肌功率上较实验前都有显著性提高(P<0.05);对实验前后屈、伸肌峰矩和屈、伸肌功率的差值进行了横向比较,实验组在伸肌、屈肌峰矩和伸肌功率上与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组明显好于对照组;在屈肌功率上,实验组和对照组未呈现显著性差异,但从数值上比较,实验组增长幅度要好于对照组.核心力量训练和传统力量训练对十字变向跑和侧抛实心球成绩都有较大提高,其训练效果未呈现显著性差异,实验组成绩好于对照组.With the methods of interviews,literature review, experiment,mathematical statistics, the ex- periment was carried on among 28 wushu athlets about two kinds of strength training. The result is as fol- low: the experimental group and control group respectively have improved significantly than before in the peak torque of muscles extensor and muscles flexor,as well as the power of them(P^0.05). There are ver- y significant difference between the two groups in the difference of muscles extensor and muscles flexor, as well as the power of muscles extensor before and after the experiment(P〈0.01). The experimental group is better than the control one. In the power of muscles, however, there is no prominent difference, the growth of the power of muscles flexor in the experimental group is better than the control. The effects of the cross run and side cast can be improved respectively by the two methods, and there is not significant difference. However, the scores of the experimental group are higher than the control.
