摘　　要：含氮杂环化合物是一类具有广泛生理活性和药理活性的化合物,很多已作为临床药物.多组分(一锅法)作为一种合成含氮杂环化合物方法,与传统的方法相比较,具有反应条件温和、操作简便、效率高、产物收率高、环境友好等优点.就多组分合成各类含氮杂环类化合物最新研究进展进行了综述.Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are a class of compounds with a wide range of physiological activity and pharmacological activity. Many compounds have been use as clinical drugs. The multi-component （one-pot） synthesis has the advantages such as mild reaction condition, simple operation, high efficiency, high yield of product, environmentally friendly and so on, compared with the traditional organic synthetic methods. This article reviewed the progress of the multi-component method synthesis of various nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds.
