海南省传染病自动预警信息系统响应情况分析

摘  要:目的分析与评估海南省传染病自动预警信息系统运转情况,进一步提高自动预警系统响应管理水平,科学指导传染病防控工作。方法系统采用移动百分位数法和单病例预警方法进行预警,利用流行病学统计方法对预警信息的响应情况进行分析评价。结果2009~2010年自动预警系统共发出预警信息4 075次,24h处理率为81.35%,平均响应时间为63.56h;各地区预警响应处理情况参差不一,24h处理率达80%以上的地区有15个,其余地区24h处理率在28.24%~79.88%之间。平均响应时间在24h内的地区有8个,其余地区平均响应时间在32.21~546.73h之间;各类传染病24h处理率依次是丙类〉乙类〉甲类,平均响应时间依次是丙类〈乙类〈甲类。结论海南省传染病自动预警信息系统整体运转良好,响应处理和管理水平有待进一步加强。Objective To analyze response status of automatic early-warning system for infectious diseases in Hainan province to furth inprove the management level oft sytem and guide the control an prevenfim of infections disease. Methods The early warning was carried out with mobile percentile and one-case early-warning method, Response data from the system were epidemiologically analyzed. Results In 2009-2010, 4 075 times of alert information were received with a 24-hour response rate of 81.35% and average response time of 63.56 hours. The 24-hour response rate inl5 counties reached 80% or above and that in other counties(cities) were 28.24 - 79.88%. There were 8 counties with average response time within 24 hours and the average response time were 32.21 - 545.73 hours. The handling rates of every categories of infectious diseases were in the order of categry C〈B〈A and average response time of each category for infectious disease were category C〉B〉A. Corlclusiorl The management and operation level of automatic early-warning system for infectious diseases in Hainan province,running excellently, be upgraded and strengthened.
