摘 要:目的了解江苏省传疟媒介的种群、密度和季节变化,为控制疟疾流行提供科学依据。方法 2005~2010年,选择江苏省5个镇作为疟疾媒介监测点,采用夜间室外半通宵人饵诱捕法和清晨蚊帐内(室内)搜捕法进行种群和季节变化调查。利用圆形分布法对6年逐月疟疾发病数据进行统计分析。结果 2005~2010年,江苏省5个疟疾媒介监测点仅捕获中华按蚊,中华按蚊密度高峰出现于7月上半月。疟疾发病高峰日出现于8月16日。疟疾病例分布与媒介的季节消长情况相吻合。结论疟疾防治中仍应继续加强媒介的监测与控制,警惕因中华按蚊密度升高而致疟疾疫情回升。Objective To understand the changes of population density,seasonal variations of malaria vector in monitoring sites of Jiangsu and provide scientific basis for malaria control. Methods In 2005-2010,5 towns in Jiangsu Province were selected as malaria vector monitoring sites and outdoor semi-overnight trapping with human baits and indoor (in bed net)capture in early morning were used to capture anopheline mosquitoes. Then monthly malaria incidence in the last 6 years was statistically calculated by using circular distribution method. Results Only Anopheles sinensis were captured in five monitoring sites. The highest density of Anopheles sinensis appeared in first half of July. And peak malaria infection was in August 16. The distribution of malaria eases was consistent with seasonal fluctuation of vector density. Conclusions The monitoring of malaria vector be strengthened to control the increase of mosquito density and malaria infection.
