摘　　要：目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中两者的表达。结果子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin表达定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率分别为58.33%(35/60)和55.00%(33/60),均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0和0(P<0.05)。两者的表达与有无淋巴结转移、浸润深度、临床分期及病理分期有关(P<0.05);通过相关性分析E2F-1和Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 E2F-1和Survivin在子宫内膜癌呈成过度表达,两者共同作用参与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及转移。Objective To determine the expression of E2F-1 and survivin in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance. Methods The expressions of E2F-1 and survivin in 60 endometzial cancer cases and 32 normal endometrial tissue were determined by immunohistochemistry S-P. Results The positive rates of expressions of E2F-1 and survivin were 58.33%（35/60）and 75.00%（45/60）,significandy higher than that of normal endometrial tissue （P〈0.05）. The expressions of E2F-1 and survivin were associated with myometrial invasion,lymph node metastasis,clinical phase and pathological staging（P〈0.05）.In endometrial carcinoma,the expressions of E2F-1 and Survivin were positively correlated with each other （P〈0.05）. Conclusions E2F-1 and Survivin were highly expressed in the endometrial caneinoma cases and their expressions were assoieated with endometrial carcinoma the development and the metastasis.
