海南某警察机关675名职工体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的为了解该机关职工身体健康状况。方法对职工健康体检指标中的血压、血脂、体重指数异常、脂肪肝等进行统计分析,比较不同性别和年龄段之间差异。结果 675名职工中检出较高前五位疾病为胆固醇偏高、脂肪肝、体重指数异常、甘油三脂偏高、高血压,检出率分别为40.74%、35.29%、31.85%、、26.67%、14.67%。;脂肪肝、体重指数异常、甘油三脂偏高、高血压的检出率男性明显高于女性(P<0.05);胆固醇偏高、高血压随着年龄的增长逐渐的增加。结论职工的健康状况令人担忧,应加强健康教育及行为干预,定期体检,有利于提高生活质量。Objective To understand the health conditions of the policemen and policewomen in Hainan.Methods The blood pressure,blood lipid,body weight and fatty liver of 65 policemen andf policewomen attended in Health Care Department of Hainan Province were analyzed.Results The five top abnormal healthy indicators of the policemen and policewomen were cholesterol,fatty liver,body mass index,triglyceride and hypertension with the abnormal rates off 40.74%,35.29%,31.85%,26.67%,14.67%,respectively.The abnormal rates of fatty liver,body mass index,triglycerides and hypertension of males were higher than females（P0.05）.The higher levels of cholesterol and hypertension were increased along with the increasing of age.Conclusions Attention be paid to the health of the policemen and policewomen and health education and behavioral intervention be conducted to enhance the health the policemen and policewomen in Hainan.
