摘 要:目的选择最佳的基体改进剂降低珍珠粉中高含量钙对铅的干扰。方法分别选择磷酸二氢铵,氯化钯,磷酸二氢铵—抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,在最佳升温程序条件下,用石墨炉法(GFAAS)测定钙含量为40%的珍珠粉中铅吸光度,比较它们之间的干扰消除程度。结果根据分别添加以上三组基体改进剂测定珍珠粉中铅的加标回收率值显示,确定磷酸二氢铵—抗坏血酸为较理想基体改进剂。结论选择磷酸二氢铵—抗坏血酸作为混合基体改进剂,可以有效消除高浓度钙离子对铅测定结果的干扰,其回收率,定量准确度满足检测要求。Objective To improve the interference of calcium in peal power with heavy metals of lead by selecting the best matrix modifier. Methods Monoammonium phosphate, palladium chloride, monoammonium phosphate-ascorhic acid were chosen respectively as matrix modifier,absorption of lead in peal power containing 40% calcium,was detected by GFAAS in the best condition,and the ehmination results of interference were compared. Results In according to the results of coefficient recoveries of lead in peal detected by adding respectively three matrix modifiers,monoammonium phosphate-ascorbic acid was determined as the best matrix modifier. Conclusions Interference of high level calcium ion could be effectively eiiminated by choosing um phosphate-ascorbic acid as the matrix modifier with good recovery and satisfactory quantitative and exact results.
