摘 要:目的研究结核蛋白芯片技术、ELISA法检测结核抗体对诊断结核病的价值。方法选取141例结核病患者、52例非结核病患者进行结核蛋白芯片、ELISA法检测结核抗体的表达。结果结核蛋白芯片检测在结核病组表达的阳性率为52.48%,在非结核病组的阳性率为13.46%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);ELISA检测在结核病组的阳性率为48.23%,在非结核病组的阳性率为21.15%,两组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法联合检测阳性率为81.56%。结论两种检测方法对结核病的诊断均有一定价值,在肺结核患者中检测的阳性率高于非肺结核患者。两种方法联合检测能提高检测的阳性率、敏感度。Abstact:Objective To explore the value of detection of tuberculosis antibodies by protein-chip and ELISA in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.Mehtods Antibodies to Mycobacterium tuberculosis in 141 tuberculosis patients and 52 non-tuberculosis patients were detected by using tuberculosis protein-chip method and ELISA and the results were compared.Results The positive rate of tuberculosis protein chip detection was 52.48% in tuberculosis group and 13.46% in non-tuberculosis group showing statistically significant difference(P0.05).The positive rate of ELISA detection was 48.23% in tuberculosis group and 21.15% in non-tuberculosis group,also showing significant difference(P0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of tuberculosis antibody by protein-chip and ELISA was 81.56%,higher than that detected by protein-chip method and ELISA alone.Conclusions Tuberculosis protein-chip and ELISA are valuable in detection of tuberculosis antibodies and the sensitivity and specificity of detection of tuberculosis antibodies by tuberculosis protein-chip methods in combination with ELISA could be enhanced.
