氦氖激光联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价氦氖激光联合甲钴胺片及吲哚美辛片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法 80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为治疗组及对照组各40例,治疗组患者照射氦氖激光每天1次,口服甲钴胺片500μg,每天2次,吲哚美辛片25mg,每天2次,疗程20d;对照组患者口服甲钴胺片500μg,每天2次,吲哚美辛片25mg,每天2次,疗程20d。以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治愈率及有效率为分别为57.5%及100%;对照组患者治疗后治愈率及有效率分别为37.5%及92.5%。治疗组与对照组患者疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义(Uc=5.3950,P=0.0202)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论氦氖激光联合甲钴胺及吲哚美辛片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of He-Ne laser combined with mecobalamin tablet and indomethecin tablet in treatment of neuralgia following herpes zoster.Methods Eighty cases with neuralgia following herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each consisted of 40 cases.The cases in the treatment group were treated with He-Ne laser once daily,oral mecobalamin tablet 500ug two times a daily and indomethacin 25mg two times daily for 20 days.Those in the control group were treated with mecobalamin tablet 500ug two times daily and indomethacin 25mg two times daily for 20 days.The visual analogue scale（VAS）was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects in the two groups.Results The cured rate and effective rate in the treatment group were 57.5% and 100%,respectively,and that in the control group were 37.5% and 92.5%,respectively.The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were statistically significant higher than that of the control group（Uc=5.3950,P=0.0202）.No marked side effects were observed in cases of both groups.Conclusion He-Ne laser combined with mecobalamin tablet and indomethecin tablet is effective and safe for treatment of neuralgia patients following herpes zoster.
