摘 要:目的:探讨郑州中华按蚊种群生殖,存活的规律。方法:实验得出郑州中华按蚊的年龄特征存活率和产 雌率,建立生命表,分析该蚊实验种群的动态变化。结果:郑州中华按蚊成蚊前期的各期发育历期:卵为 2.1026 d,幼 虫期为 10.8750 d,蛹为 2.0113 d,成蚊前期为 14.988 9 d。成蚊前期各期存活率:卵为 83.2513%,幼虫为 92.189 7%, 蛹为95.573 5%。郑州中华按蚊的性别比为1.058:1,平均寿命雌雄分别为13.1554 d和6.573 5 d,预期寿命雌雄分别 为 13.828 8 d和 8.329 2 d,最长寿命雌雄分别为 32.000 0 d和 14.000 0 d。郑州中华按蚊的产卵特性:羽化到第 1次产 卵的时间为 2.570 0 d,最大产卵年龄为30.000 0 d,每雌平均产卵数为 19.084 3个/d,每雌平均产卵总数为 515.276 0 个。根据以上数据,绘制了该蚊各年龄特征存活率和产雌率的曲线图,编制了雌、雄中华按蚊生命表。结论:郑州中 华按蚊实验种群生命表的确立,为该蚊种群数量的预测预报和确立预防管理策略提供了科学依据。Aim: To discuss the law of Anopheles sinensis population's reproduction, survival in Zhengzhou.Methods: The method of life table was used to analyse population trends. Results: The growth periods of each stage of pre-adult period of Anophe- les sinensis were as follows: 2. 102 6 d for egg stop, 10.875 0 d for larval stage, 2.011 3 d for pupal stage, 14.988 9 d for pre-adult stage. The survival rates of each stage of pre-adult period of Anopheles sinensis 189 were as follows: 83.251 3% for egg, 92. 189 7% for larvae, 95.573 5% for pupa. The sex ratio was l.058: 1. The mean life-span of female and male 13.155 4 d and 6.573 5 d, respectively. The expected life-span of female and male were 13.828 8 d and 8.3op 2 d respectively. The longest life-span of fe- male and male were 32.000 0 d and 14.000 0 d respectively. Time from eclosion to the first oviposition was 2.570 0 d. The largest age of oviposition was 30.000 0 d. The number of oviposition of each female was 19.084 3/d, and the total number of oviposition of each female was 515.276 0. According to these data, diagrams of survival rate and female-oviposition rate and life tables of male and female mosquito population were drawn up. Conclusion: Life table for experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou provide the scientific basis for population's number forecast and drafting the tactics for prevention.
