摘  要:目的:探讨新生儿血清铁水平与身长、体重等的相关关系,为新生儿体格发育评估标准提供依据。方法:采用MB5多通道原子吸收分光光度计测定新生儿脐带血中铁的含量,采用国内统一标准测量新生儿出生时身长、体重、头围、胸围。结果:269例新生儿血清铁水平呈现正态分布,新生儿血清铁水平与母亲血清铁水平不存在相关性(P>0.05),新生儿血清铁水平与其出生时身长、体重、头围、胸围呈现相关性(P<0.05),新生儿血清铁水平与母亲产前增重呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿血清铁水平与其体格发育密切相关,孕期母亲血清铁水平不能直接作为新生儿铁元素摄入的评价指标。Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum iron level and body height, body weight of neonates, provide a basis for design evaluation criteria of physical development for neonates. Methods : MB5 multi - channel atomic absorption spectrophotome- ter was used to measure the serum iron content in umbilical cord. The domestic standard criteria were used to measure body height, body weight, head circumference, and chest circumference of neonates. Results: The serum iron levels of 269 neonates distributed normally; there was no correlation between neonatal serum iron level and maternal serum iron level ( P 〉 0. 05) . Neonatal serum iron level was related to their birth height, weight, head circumference, and chest circumference, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . It was a negative correlation between neonatal serum iron level and prenatal increasing weight of mothers, there was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Neonatal serum iron levels are closely related to their physical development. Maternal serum iron level during pregnancy can not be directly used as evaluative index of intake of neonatal iron element.
