摘 要:目的:探讨自然界内郑州中华按蚊种群的繁衍动力学。方法:采用自然调查和数学生态学的方法。结 果:求出自然界郑州中华按蚊 l998年第 6代的净增殖率R0为 3.522 0,平均世代周期 T为 22.942 0 d,增长能力 rc 为0.054 9,有限增殖速率λ为 1.056 4,种群增长1倍的时间 t为 12.625 6 d,雌蚊预期寿命 ex为 5.520 3 d,瞬时出 生率 b为 0.062 0,瞬时死亡率 d为 0.0071,稳定年龄组配中未成熟期占 98.298 8%,成蚊占 1.7012%。结论:该研 究为自然界中华按蚊种群的预测预报及防蚊灭疟策略的制订提供了可靠的科学依据。Aim: To probe the reproductive dynamics of natural Anopheles sinensis in Zhenzhou.Methods: The methods of natural investigation and mathematical ecology were used. Results: The values of parameters of the 6th natural population dynam- mics of Anopeles sinensis in 1998 were as follows: the net reproductive rate (R0) was 3.5220, tea period of generation (T) was 22.942 0 d, the capacity for increase (rc) was 0.054 9, the finite increase rate (λ) was 1.0564, the time of population doubled (t) was 12.625 6 d, the expected life-span of female mosquito (ex) was 5.520 3 d, the instantaneous birthrate(b) was 0.062 0, the instantaneous mortality (d) was 0.007 l, the stable age distribution were 98.298 8% for pre-adult stage and l.701 2% for adult stage.Conclusion: This research provide reliable scientific basis for forecasting the population of natural Anopheles sinensis and drawing strategy of prevention.
