摘 要:目的:了解自然界郑州中华按蚊传播间日疟的潜在能力。方法:采用媒介能量诸因素定量调查和运 用数学模型的方法。结果:计算出中华按蚊叮人率、人血指数、叮人习性、经产蚊比率、生殖营养周期、每日存活率、 预期寿命、孢子增殖时间、有传疟性蚊的比率,预期传疟寿命、媒介能量等参数值。结论:每年7月下旬、8月上、 中旬郑州中华按蚊的媒介能量最高,潜在存在着间日疟流行或暴发流行的可能。Aim: To study the potential capacity of Tertian malaria transmission of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou area in nature. Methods: Using the method of quantitative survey on various factors of vectorial capacity and the method of mathematical models.Results: The values of parameters of the rate of biting human, the index of human-blood, the habbit of biting human, the ratio of multiparous mosquitoes, the gonotrophic cycle, the survival rate of every day, the expected life-span, the reproductive time of sporophyte, the ratio of mosquitoes which have the capacity of malaria transmission, the expected life-span of mosquitoes which have the capacity of malaria transmission, and the vectorial capacity of Anopheles sinensis were figured out.Conclusion: The highest vectorial capacity appear at the last ten days of July, the first ten days and the second ten days of August.It is possible that the Tertian malaria would break out during the above-mentioned period.
