摘 要:目的:确定郑州地区自然界中华按蚊生殖、存活和种群变动规律,获取各项参数值以制定经济有效的防疟措施。方法:以实验研究为基础,以郑州郊区祭城乡西湖庄村的池塘和稻田为实验区,对中华按蚊的生殖、存活及数量变动进行观察。结果:获得自然界中华按蚊的参数值如下:生殖营养周期为2-3.375d,平均为2.5d;每d有两次产卵高峰,分别为黎明和夜晚活动高峰后;最大产卵数为400个/粒,最小产卵数为4个/粒;7月份和8月份每只雌蚊平均产卵量分别为 96/次和 73/次,平均成蚊前期历期分别为 14.l66 7 d和 13.316 7 d,平均成蚊寿命分别为 3.929 3 d和 6.234 4 d;从羽化到吸血的平均时间为 1.0078 d;只有 0.7%的雌蚊寿命超过 12 d。结论:中华按蚊具有极大的疟疾传播能力,在每年7月份和8月份各出现一次高峰。Aim: In order to get the data of Anopheles sinensis population activities, to determine the reproduction, survival and population fluctuation pattern under natural conditions and to find the methods which are more effective and economical when being used in eradication of malaria and its vectors. Methods: The ponds and paddy fields near the Xihuzhuang village, Zhacheng, Zhengzhou were used to be experimental districts. The research was based on the experimental studies.The reproduction and survival as well as the pattern of the changes in number were carefully observed.Results:some data related to its population activi- ties under natural conditions in this area were obtained.The average circle of oviposition was 2.5 days, from 2 days to 3.375 days. Egg laying peaks were twice a day. One was at dawn and the other after the activity peak in the evening. The maximum of oviposition was 400 eggs per mosquito every time, while the minimum was 4. The average number was 96 per mosquito every time in July and 73 in August. Average pre-adult stage was 14. 1667 days in July and 13.316 7 days in August. The average duration from emergence to suction of blood was l.007 8 days. The average adult lifetime was 3.929 3 days in July and 6.234 4 days in August. 0.7% females could survive over 12 days.Conclusiong: An. sinensis is of considerable potential danger on spreading malaria. There are two peaks of population density in July and August, respectively.
