摘 要:死区效应存在使得逆变器输出电压和电流发生畸变,同时增加输出了谐波分量,在低速运行时,可能导致系统不稳定。提出了一种补偿方法,可以同时补偿死区效应造成的误差电压并且消除了零电流钳位现象。该方法为提高电流极性检测的准确性,将三相电流的方向通过输出电压矢量角度获得。另外,将一种消除零电流钳位效应方法与上述补偿方法结合提高输出波形质量。仿真和实验结果验证了这种方法的正确性和可行性。The existence of dead-time of inverter makes the output voltage and current of inverter different from its ref- erence voltage and current. Dead-time of inverter increases the harmonic of inverter output. Especially in low speed, the influence may cause system unstable. A method of compensating error voltage and eliminating zero-current lamping effect was proposed in this paper. To improve accuracy of current polarity detection, the direction of three-phase was judged by the position of output voltage. And a zero-current clamping phenomenon eliminating scheme was combined with the above com- pensation method to improve the compensation performance. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method.
