摘 要:目的探讨成年男性健康体检人群血常规参数-血红蛋白(Hb)浓度与高血脂的关系。方法随机调查了493例25岁以上成年男性健康体检人群Hb浓度和血清胆固醇CHO)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)检测情况。共分三组比较,285例40岁以上(含40岁)。Hb≥150g/L男性健康体检人群作为试验组;130例40岁以上(舍40岁)。Hb〈150g/L男性健康体检人群作为对照1组;78例25~39岁.Hb≥150g/L男性健康体检人群作为对照2组。结果试验组血清CHO,TG,LDL-C浓度(5.299,2.560,3.099)mmol/L显著升高,与对照1组(4.600,1.633,2.768)mmol/L和对照2组(4.644,1.782,2.715)mmol/L比较,经显著性t检验,差异有统计学显著性意义(t=4.071~8.637,P值均〈0.01)。试验组血清CHO,TG异常检出率(0.596,0.747)与对照1组(0.285,0.338)和对照2组(0.321,0.436)比较均有明显升高,经χ^2检验差异有统计学显著性意义(χ^2=18.76~63.31,P值均〈0.01),试验组血清LDL-C异常检出率(0.456)与对照2组(0.438)和对照1组(0.485)比较差异均无统计学意义(χ^2=0.058,0.291,P值〉0.05)。结论40岁以上男性健康体检人群在做血常规分析时,如果发现Hb≥150g/L,应及时进行血脂全套检查,了解自己的血脂状况,采取积极的干预措施,防止高血脂,预防心脑血管病的发生。Objective To investigate the relation between adult male health check-up population's blood routine parametershemoglobin (Hb) concentration and high blood lipid. Methods A random detection of 493 patients above 25 years old adult male healthy population' s Hb concentration and serum cholesterol (CHO), triglyeeride (TG), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ,the people were divided into three groups. 285 patients older than 40 years (including 40 years), Hb≥ 160 g/L male healthy population as experimental group; 130 patients over 40 years (including 40 years), Hb〈150 g/L male healthy persons as control group 1;78 cases of 25-40 years old, Hb≥150 g/L male healthy people as control group 2. Resuits In the experimental group (40 years old Hb≥150 g/L male healthy people) serum CHO,TG and LDL-C concentrations (5. 299,2. 560,3. 099) mmol/L were significantly increased comparing with the control group 1 (4. 600, 1. 633 and 2. 768)mmol/L and the control group 2 (4. 644,1. 782 and 2.715)mmol/L. Through t test,it was significant difference with two control group (t= 4. 071 -8. 637, P〈0.01). The experimental group of serum CHO, TG abnormality rate (0. 596, 0. 747). With the χ^2 test,significantly increases compared with the control group 1 (0. 285,0. 338) and the control group 2 (0. 321,0. 436). With the χ^2 test, there was significantly increased compared with the control group 1 and the group 2 (χ^2= 18.76-63.31,P〈0.01). There was no significant difference in the first group serum LDL-C abnormality rate compared with the control group and control group 1 (Z2 =0. 058 or 0. 291,P〉0.05). Conclusion When the routine analysis of blood was made in the healthy adult male over the age of 40,if Hb≥ 150 g/L,should be timely done a full set of examination of lipid,know the serum lipids of their situation, take active measures to prevent high blood lipids,prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
