摘 要:目的探讨VCS技术检测单核细胞计数结果的准确性。方法收集1000例患者静脉血标本(年龄18~80岁,男、女各500例),用以VCS技术为方法学原理的仪器检测单核细胞,手工涂片进行显微镜计数单核细胞并观察细胞形态,并将仪器检测结果与手工显微镜检测结果进行比较分析。结果两种方法检测结果显示,仪器法为10.1%±4.0%,手工法为7.2%±4.8%,其差异具有统计学意义(t=2.583,P〈0.05)。对仪器检测单核细胞比例增高(9%~30%)的346份标本,运用手工法进行异常血细胞检测,其结果为:原始细胞82例、异常淋巴细胞60例、核左移(胞浆颗粒减少)80例。结论VCS技术检测单核细胞结果不准确,对VCS技术检测单核细胞增高的标本,要认真涂片复检,以防异常血细胞漏检。Objective To investigate the accuracy of counting monocytes results with VCS technology. Methods Collected 1 000 cases of venous blood samples (age between 18 and 80,both male and female 500 cases) and then detected monocytes with the instrument using VCS technology as a methodological principle,blood smears counted monocytes and observed cell morphology with microscope,and testing results of instrument were compared with these of manual microscopy. Results The results of monocytes count in instrument group was 10.1 % ± 4.0 %, but in the manual group was 7.2 % ±4.8 %, and the difference was statistically significant(t= 2. 583, P〈0.05). The specimens of 346 in instrument detection mononuclear cells increased proportion (9 %-30% ), the results of abnormal blood used by manual method showed that original cells have 82 examples,abnormal lymph cells had 60 cases, nuclear left (cytoplasm grain decrease) had 80 eases. Conclusion The results of detecting monocytes with VCS technology would be inaccurate, higher results of detecting monocytes for VCS should be seriously reexamined with smears to avoid abnormal blood cells undetecting.
