摘 要:目的评价金标法与间接血凝法检测弓形虫IgG抗体的一致性。方法2012年10月采自河北省血液中心流动采血丰自愿无偿献血者血液样本共440份,其中男性206份,女性234份,年龄18~55岁。采用金标法与间接血凝法平行检测献血者血液样本弓形虫IgG抗体,并比较两种方法的检出率。结果金标法与间接血凝法检测献血者血液样本弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率分别为6.36%(28/440)和5.45%(24/440),两种方法的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=6.610,P〉0.05),总符合率为97.7%(430/440)。用Kappa指数评价,两种方法检测结果基本一致。结论金标法与间接血凝法检测弓形虫IgG抗体符合率高,且具有操作简单、快速等优点,可用于献血者现场筛查。Objective To evaluate consistency of gold immunochromatography assay (GLIA) and indirect haemagglutination test (IHAT) for detecting IgG antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii. Methods In October 2012,440 blood samples of voluntary unpaid blood donors werecollected from blood collecting vehicle of Hebei Blood Center, 206 men, 234 women, 18-55 years old. All samples from blood donors were examined for antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii by using GLIA and IHAT, and the detection rates of the two methods were compared. Results The prevalence of IgG antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii by using GLIA and IHAT were 6.36 % (28/440) and 5.45 % (24/440),respectively,no significant statistical difference was found among the positive rates of two tests (χ^2 = 6.610, P〉0. 05). The corresponding rate was 97.7 % (430/440). Kappa index was 0. 843,and which showed that two methods were consistent. Conclusion The detection efficiency of GLIA proved to be of good agreement with I HAT,which has superior features,including easy implementation and quick efficiency. GLIA could be used for field screening for Toxoplasma gondii infection in the blood donors.
