摘  要:目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和空腹血浆内皮素(ET-1)对糖尿病及其并发高血压患者的诊断价值。方法检测50例糖尿病患者和48例糖耐量正常者空腹血浆ET—1和HbA1c水平,以糖耐量正常者检测结果为对照组。结果糖尿病组HbA1c水平(7.642±1.302)%与对照组(5.477±0.526)%比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.703,P〈0.01)。糖尿病组空腹血浆ET-1水平(88.452±14.229)pg/ml显著高于对照组(43.492±10.383)pg/ml(t=17.806,P〈0.01)。结论糖尿病患者存在糖代谢紊乱和血管内皮损伤,通过HbA1c和空腹血浆ET-1的测定可以对糖尿病患者进行病程监测,并对并发高血压的患者早期发现、早期防治。Objective The importance of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAle) and fasting plasma endothelin (ET-1) was investigated in diabetes to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complication. Methods 50 patients with diabetes and 48 healthy individuals were detected fasting HbAlc and ET-1 ,with normal glucose tolerance test results for the control group. Results In the diabetes group, HbAlc (7. 642±1. 302)% were higher than those in the control group (5. 477 ±0. 526) %, which showed statistical difference (t= 10. 703, P〈0.01). In the diabetes group, ET-1 (88. 452±14. 229)pg/ml were higher than those in the control group (43. 492±10. 383)pg/ml,which also showed statistical difference (t= 17. 806,P〈0.01). Conclusion People with diabetes have disorder of glucose metabolism and vascular endothelial damage. Through the determination of HbA1C and fasting plasma endothelin the patients with diabetes can be monitored,and the patients with diabetes who merge hypertension can be early detected,early prevented and treated.
